The Covid-19 Pandemic has not stopped us!

When the Pandemic started over a year ago, no one could have predicted the lasting effect it would have had on the world. No aspect of life was not impacted by the Pandemic, and that includes the legal system. According to some reports, the number of civil lawsuits resolved in New York dropped by 39% compared to 2019, and the New York backlog of cases grew by 8%.

Although the insurance companies may be dragging their feet when it comes to settlements, thinking they can wait it out until the courts fully open up again, they know that eventually the day will come—and soon— when they need to face the Greenberg Law P.C. team in Court.
